Amy lives and works in Arlington, Virginia. She studied modern dance at Sweet Briar College (graduated in 2002). In her spare time, Amy freelances as a digital illustrator. She is the author/illustrator of several children’s books. Amy is also the creator behind Mint Parcel, a line of super cute art prints, greeting cards and stickers.

In 2023, Amy began to focus on original artworks. Her pieces have shown in group exhibitions throughout the United States.
